Responsibilities:
Handle travel enquiries, understand customer requirements, recommend suitable travel packages, prepare quotations, follow up with leads, assist with bookings and reservations, explain package details, maintain customer records, coordinate with travel partners and service providers, and ensure a smooth customer experience.
