Requirements:
Male and female candidates can apply, 0–3 years of experience in business development or sales. Freshers with good communication and sales skills can also apply. Basic understanding of IT services and ERP solutions, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a target-oriented approach.
Responsibilities:
Generate and follow up on leads, identify new business opportunities, connect with potential clients, understand their business requirements, explain IT and ERP solutions, schedule client meetings and demos, maintain client relationships, prepare proposals and quotations, follow up on opportunities, update CRM records, and achieve business development targets.
