Requirements:
Male candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience. Builders / real estate experience is preferred. Strong communication and negotiation skills, good customer-handling ability, target-oriented approach, and willingness to conduct client and site visits.
Responsibilities:
Generate and follow up on leads, handle customer enquiries, explain property details, arrange and conduct site visits, maintain client relationships, negotiate and close deals, coordinate with internal teams, follow up with prospective buyers, achieve sales targets, and maintain sales records.
