Requirements:
Male candidates with 3+ years of relevant experience. Builders / real estate experience is mandatory. Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills with a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Manage and guide the sales team, develop sales strategies, generate and follow up on leads, handle key clients, coordinate property/site visits, negotiate and close deals, monitor team performance, achieve sales targets, maintain customer relationships, and prepare regular sales reports.
