Requirements:
Male and female candidates can apply. 2–3 years of experience in NBFC, Banking, Chits, or Insurance Sales is preferred. Freshers can also apply. Strong communication, leadership, negotiation, and team management skills with a target-oriented approach.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage sales activities, generate new business opportunities, guide and motivate the sales team, develop customer relationships, monitor sales performance, achieve assigned targets, handle client enquiries, identify market opportunities, and prepare regular sales reports.
